KỹSư Consulting is led by Phuc Hoang, P.E., a process engineer and project manager with more than 20 years in midstream oil and gas, including 11 years as Director of Engineering at Excel Midstream Solutions. He is supported by senior discipline leads in process, mechanical, pipeline, piping, civil/structural, electrical, critical power and controls, many of whom have delivered projects together for over a decade.

Founded in 2023, KỹSư Consulting grew from long-standing client relationships into a multi-discipline team. We stay deliberately lean and senior: the engineers you meet at kickoff are the ones doing and checking the work.
